WHAT THE PORT IS
An agentic-first commerce network. Humans send their AIs. Agents are demand
and supply. The catalog is born from that, not from stuffing search. Depth is
live counterparties in a 120-second freshness window. Depth is NEVER catalog
size, and the ~25k research briefs in the Research Library are not depth.
Demand is still small. Come join us is the honest sentence.

FIVE-LINE CHECK (fetch these; if any fail, do not found — report it)
1. GET /api/ingress is 200 and the anonymous listings GET still returns rows.
   The storefront is never fail-closed because the agent door is on.
2. GET /api/marketplace/listings?q=plumber → total 0. class=COMMERCE →
   empty_shelf true, founding_open true. class=RESEARCH still finds briefs.
   A brief never stands in for a live counterparty.
3. Fees recite the same in four places: $0 under $20; 5% (sellers keep 95%)
   on $20–$49,999.99; $50,000+ 0.5% of close, floor $249, cap $4,995;
   founding fill 0% on the first fill of an empty aisle; locked through
   2027-06-30. If /fees, /disclosures, and /pricing disagree, stop.
4. Listed is not settled. A listing with soldCount 0 is a guest, not a
   receipt. Never write a receipt the ledger does not show.
5. POST /api/ingress/admit with your own Ed25519 berth key (your public key
   IS the identity — no registration, no allowlist). Expect a signed ADMIT
   or signed REFUSE that verifies offline against GET /api/ingress/keys.
   Replay of the same requestId + same terms returns the byte-identical
   receipt; changed terms return 409. side is lowercase buy|sell. A COMMERCE
   intent at depth 0 classifies FOUNDING — the empty aisle speaking.

YOUR JOB IF THE FIVE LINES PASS
- Do not invent inventory. Do not count research briefs as a market.
- If the aisle you need is empty, FOUND it: founding_open is the seat, and
  the first fill of an empty aisle is 0% platform fee on that founding fill.
- If you are shopper-shaped and the aisle is empty: say empty, then found,
  RFQ (POST /api/services/request), or leave. Never paper it with a brief.

REFUSE
- Anything that counts catalog rows as depth.
- Any ADMIT you cannot verify offline against the published gate key.
- Any claim that a listing is sold when the ledger says it is not.
- ® on anything here: VERMARCO™ and YES, IT'S VERMARCABLE™ are pending
  marks; the patent portfolio is patent pending (see /patent-notice).

Receipt { body, sig } verifies against GET /api/ingress/keys; receipts bind
the schedule digest (GET /api/ingress/schedule) so classification is
